Miami’s premier cycling studio, RedBike, is thrilled to expand its footprint to South Beach. On Tuesday February 1st, the spinning sensation mde its debut on the rooftop of the cutting-edge retail and experiential space, Faena Bazaar. This marks the newest member of the RedBike fleet, joining its Brickell and Midtown locations. To celebrate the opening, RedBike offered complimentary classes all week long, from February 1st through February 7th. To redeem, riders can create an account online and then book their bikes based on availability.
Miami native and RedBike founder, Albert Ghitis, adapted his business model during the pandemic to include outdoor classes to cater to his clients’ needs and comfort levels. “Since opening our first outdoor studio in Brickell, we realized there is a huge demand for more outdoor classes,” said Ghitis. He added, “When given the chance to partner with Faena Bazaar, we jumped at the opportunity because both of our brands attract a similar, young, hip demographic that prioritizes health and wellness. Our new South Beach home will also have ocean views and a nice breeze, giving riders a safe and scenic alternative.”
Ghitis founded RedBike with the belief that fitness could be fun, and he’s ready to bring the same high-energy workout from his indoor studios to the Faenza Bazaar rooftop. The rhythm-
based rides are 45 minutes long and incorporate a few minutes of strengthening arm exercises. Playlists are eclectic and range from pump-up top hits and hip hop (both new and old-school), to a decidedly pop/lyrical style of EDM. Ghitis is also bringing RedBike’s lead instructors to teach at South Beach.
The new al fresco space is roughly 70’ x 17′ ft. and will accommodate 35-40 bikes per class. Classes will be held daily in the morning and at night, and the full schedule is available on their website. RedBike offers pricing options including a drop-in rate of $26 or bundles (5-pack ride for $120). Monthly unlimited classes cost $239 and renew every 30 days.
