Sorso Becomes Permanent, New Pasta Making Classes, and Delectable Seasonal Menu Items
Scarpetta by Scott Conant, the award-winning seaside Italian eatery located at the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, has an array of new and exciting offerings just in time for the Fall and Holiday season. The famed restaurant is not only introducing a pasta making series and offering new seasonal menu items but is excited to announce that Sorso at Scarpetta is now permanent. The infusion bar located in the bar/lounge of Scarpetta launched as a pop-up this past winter and quickly became a hit amongst locals and visitors alike.
Sorso, which means sip in Italian, offers guests a chance to sample one of the mixology’s hottest trends – cocktails infused in a cold drip cocktail tower. Several cold-brew infusions are offered daily as well as the opportunity to create your own bespoke cocktail from house-infused spirits, shrubs, and syrups. To complement these libations, Conant has devised a bar menu of snacks and light bites including, Scarpetta Stromboli with caponata, spiced almonds and wild mushroom arancini with truffle oil, and an Antipasti Board with selections of salami and cheese. Snacks and bites range from $6-$18. All cocktails are $17, except at Social Hour – each day from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., during which cocktails are priced at $12.
After cocktails at Sorso, stay for dinner and indulge in Scarpetta’s delicious new seasonal menu items. Menu follows.
