Amidst a plant-based revolution, STALK & SPADE ® is the first plant-based burger chain to expand nationwide
STALK & SPADE®, the first plant-based fast-casual concept with confirmed plans for nationwide expansion, will open its first Miami location in Winter with multiple additional South Florida locations set to open through 2022. The Miami franchise sale falls within only 60 days of STALK & SPADE®’s inaugural debut in the Midwest market, making it one of the fastest growing restaurant brands native to the Midwest.

While wellness is not a new concept to Miami, there are currently no other purely plant-based, fast-casual options available to diners. STALK & SPADE® is filling a unique, yet sought-after gap in the market with a 100% plant-based menu featuring American classics including burgers, chick’n sandwiches, frozen treats, french fries and more. The Miami location will also feature new menu items unique to the location via a “Culinary V2” menu.
STALK & SPADE® will also continue to prioritize its commitment to the local communities that it enters, from collaborating with local mural artists to add flare to each store’s interior and exterior, to offering job opportunities with significant advancement opportunities, as well as compensation and benefits well above industry standard.
