Bourbon and Bites from Southern-Inspired Signature Restaurant Available to Guests Staying in Top Suites

The Confidante Miami Beach, a mid-century inspired beachfront oasis, invites guests to enjoy a sampling of Kentucky’s Best Bourbons alongside bites from its southern-inspired signature restaurant, Bird & Bone, as part of a new Bourbon Welcome Experience. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a full bottle of E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked and Four Roses Elliott’s Select Barrel – Strength 2016 Limited Edition Single Barrel Bourbon insuite. From celebrated Miami chef Richard Hales, accompanying bites include signature jars with avocado with blue cheese, honey and almonds; egg salad with Benton’s 12 month aged ham; and Whipped Sheep’s Milk ricotta with pepper jell, all served with Heirloom Corn Chips.
E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel, from one of the founding fathers of the bourbon industry, features flavors of sweetness balanced with tobacco, dark spices and aromas of lightly toasted oak with dried figs and butterscotch. Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is matured in separate oak barrels that are toasted, then charred, which infuses the resulting spirit with sweet oaky taste and hints of allspice and caramel. Complemented by sweet and spicy notes of black pepper, the Four Roses Elliott’s’ Select Single Barrel showcases aromas of marzipan, green olive, barrel char and toasted coconut.
The Bourbon Welcome Experience is $475 and available to guests staying in the Miranda, Penthouse and Crown Suites. This experience must be booked four weeks in advance.
