Beloved Botanical Cafe to Feature

100% Vegan, Organic, Gluten-Free and Keto Menu

The Lincoln Eatery, Miami Beach’s first modern food hall, announces the opening of Plant Theory Creative Cuisine, a fast casual establishment focused on offering flavorful, nutrient-dense meals that are 100% vegan, organic, gluten-free with keto options. The plant forward concept serves a combination of flavorful raw entrees, handheld sandwiches, sweets and treats from their in house bakery and local vegan vendors.

Created by Sheryn Delgado-Abalos, Plant Theory Creative Cuisine has called Miami Beach home for years and cultivated an extensive following of vegan and health enthusiasts throughout South Florida.  Having been inspired by nature and her love of culture and travel, she crafted the recipes with a strong focus around her Food Alchemy philosophy, using unadulterated ingredients to create unique flavor profiles. With plant-based “takes” on familiar favorites, she works to only include nourishing elements and eliminate common allergens such as gluten, soy, eggs, dairy and doesn’t use any of the highly processed faux “meats”. Using organic produce and natural ingredients, the results are clean, uncomplicated flavors that taste good and are good for you. Because your food should be pleasurable with a side of health.

“The number of people embracing the vegan and vegetarian diet is growing rapidly everyday as we realize the deep connection between our food and our overall well being, food should be our prescription for health not our detriment or last attempt for recovery” said Delgado-Abalos. “With the launch of Plant Theory, locals can now experience the power of food as medicine thanks to recipes that are delicious to eat while also healthy for the human body.”

At Plant Theory guests can peacefully dine knowing that no animals were harmed or any animal by-products were used, all the while you are helping preserve the planet and lessening your carbon footprint.

The menu is keto-friendly and gluten free, with a goal of offering delicious entrees that promote a wide variety of health benefits. Highlights include the Guava Mariahhh Pulled BBQ ($14), a combination of marinated shredded jackfruit, vegan pepper jack cheese and cilantro coleslaw, Southern Artichik’n ($14) a combination of breaded and baked artichoke hearts, vegan provolone and avocado, Raw Save the Salmon Lox ($15), a combination of cured, smoked papaya, capers and cashew-dill ricotta on a raw flax or gluten free bagel. For dessert, choose from a variety of sweet treats, including the Ice Cream Burger ($10) and the customer favorite, Raw Lemon Cheesecake with Berry Compote ($9)

Alongside there is also Plant Theory Wellness where Delgado-Abalos will teach cooking classes, have community events such as bingo, game night, meditation, dance, yoga, art classes and much more for the community in collaboration with other holistic advocates. Plant Theory will be teaming up with local vegan chefs to have special themed dinners as well as support local charity events.

Plant Theory is open daily from 12 a.m. to 8 p.m., and located within the Lincoln Eatery Food Hall. Stay up to date on Plant Theory by following @PlantTheoryCreativeCuisine and @LincolnEatery on Instagram. For more information visit thelincolneatery.com.
