Traffic Impact: National Cycling League

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

On Saturday, April 8, 2023, the National Cycling League will produce a professional and community cycling event in the City of Miami Beach. The event will require road closures beginning on Ocean Drive at 5 a.m. until 8 p.m. The northbound lanes on Washington Avenue will be closed beginning at 5 a.m. for set up and will reopen at 8 p.m. when the competition ends.

The southbound lanes between 15 Street and 7 Street on Washington Avenue will be delineated to allow two-way traffic from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., so traffic can flow north and south in single lanes. Click here for detailed traffic information.

All participants are expected to complete the course by 8 p.m. to allow the roads to reopen. Most roads will be open before that time due to rolling reopening procedures.
