Villa Azur, Miami’s South of France-inspired culinary and entertainment destination, is celebrating their seventh anniversary with the release of new menu items. The restaurant welcomes new dishes including Striped Bass Crudo, lychee, lime juice, passion fruit, radish, and pop rocks, Grilled Octopus, 7 oz. poached octopus marinated in basil oil and garlic, white bean purée, served with a fregola salad mixed with tomatoes, olives, capers, shallots, herbs and olive oil and garlic chips; Pomme Dauphine, prosciutto emulsion, espelette pepper ketchup and jamon pata negra; Tuna Tonnato, sun-dried cherry tomatoes, olives and red watercress; Wagyu Cheek Canelone, Mishima wagyu beef, morel mushroom cream, shaved parmesan, petit citrus micro greens and hazelnut gremolata; Caponata Gnocchi, crispy potato gnocchi, eggplant, garlic, zucchini, tomato, taggiasca olives and fresh basil; Cauliflower “Crab” Cake, kadaifi and avocado remoulade; Smoking Pekin Duck, Orange Bulleit Bourbon au jus and coriander; and Cornish Hen en Cocotte, braised carrots, fingerling potatoes and truffle chicken jus.

Current weekly activations include “Villa Azur for Her” Mondays where ladies can enjoy 50% off all food and cocktails; Wine Lover’s Tuesday featuring 50% off wine and champagne for all bottles priced below $400; The Original Thursday Night Party with themed greeters, live entertainment ranging from live saxophonists to dancers and beats by DJ Stephan M; and Daily Happy Hour (except Thursdays) with 30% off all cocktails.
