Dear Neighbor,
As you may already know, I filed to run for my old seat on the Miami Beach Commission. These past six months were filled with hard work, completing my PhD dissertation research – which I will now defend at the end of this month! This is a banner year, my son Pablo graduates from Miami Beach Senior High, my daughter Isabella graduates with her BFA from Bryn Mawr, and I graduate with my PhD in Leadership in Higher Education Administration from Barry University (that’s a lot of “Pomp and Circumstance”).
This short note is to let you know that my focus during this campaign is going to be “back to the basics”– clean water, clean government, and clean and safe streets on Miami Beach.
As I begin this grassroots campaign, I look forward to meeting with you and listening to your concerns. Below you will find an invitation to my campaign kickoff and dissertation defense celebration on March 30th.

I wrote in the papers I while back recommending my PRT for LRT mobility along Miami Beach:
“I am the Founder/CEO of SkyCar Global PRT Pte Ltd and we have a Suspended PRT which is driven by electric Linear Motors point to point. Each pod-car will fly 1-4 people in our personal SkyCar Rapid Transit (SRT) at 45 mph straight to their destination 5 meters off the ground in a low cost, safe, secure urban transport system. Our system estimated cost is 5 times lower than LRT. At USD 10M/km we can compete with other modes of transport and provide a profitable system for all people, the able and the less able”.
