Forte dei Marmi Presents ‘Mediterranean Raw Fish Bar’ by Michelin Star Chef and Milan-Based Designer Henri Timi

Forte dei Marmi (FDM) and FDM Arts Club present ‘Mediterranean Raw Fish Bar,’ a hybrid culinary and design feast, created by the restaurant’s Michelin Star Chef Antonio Mellino presented on specially designed dishes and platters by acclaimed Milan-based designer Henri Timi. This latest menu of the outstanding Miami Beach restaurant will begin on Friday, November 17 with a variety of selections offered daily. Artist Andrew Yeomanson will curate a special vinyl playlist for the evening series.

Noted for his skillful preparation and high quality of the wild-caught seafood and fish he procures, Chef Mellino blends Henri Timi’s sensibility to materials, craftsmanship, surfaces, and volumes. The collaboration is a demonstration of handmade sophistication and simplicity.  The ‘Mediterranean Raw Fish Bar’ experiences to be served daily include a “Mediterranean” Ricciola Carpaccio ($26) with crunchy vegetables, lemon sauce and Himalayan salt, “Mediterranean” Fresh Catch of the Day Tris of Tartare ($30), Sicilian Red Prawns Carpaccio ($32) with avocado, red onion, blueberry and castrovergine olive oil, “Great White” Oysters ($15/half a dozen; $30/dozen), and a Caviar Station – 30 gr, 50 gr, 100 gr (MP) served daily.

Served Thursday to Sunday are the Mix Raw Fish Platter ($55) with red Sicilian’s prawns, raw langoustine, wild salmon sashimi, yellowfin tuna and red snapper, Raw Wild Langoustine ($15 each), and Raw Wild Sicilian’s Red Prawns ($16 each)
