Miami Beach Business Leaders Get Fit

Miami Beach Business Leaders Get FitThe Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce’s recently formed Health and Wellness Council, Co-Chaired by Dr. Corey Narson (Miami Beach Family & Sports Chiropractic) and Esly Caldwell (Miami Healing Arts), launched its Fitness Challenge and made strides towards motivating members of the community to get healthy and fit, all while networking of course.

The winners of the challenge Ari Greenwald and Sonia Bridges were treated to a photo shoot at Macy’s by Model Launcher Cosmetics. The makeup artist was Hayley Holbrook and photographer Simon Muchnik.

At Model Launcher Cosmetics, they strive to give all women the tools they need to own the spotlight everyday. Their cosmetics were created out of experience in the fashion world where there is high demand for makeup that can endure the often-lengthy professional photo shoot process. Their cosmetics are sure to outlast the runway and take women from the catwalk to the streets without even a smudge.

The Fitness Challenge was a three month long intensive program, that included some of the most deluxe exercise facilities in Miami Beach. Each of the gyms allowed participants in the challenge to choose from an array of morning, afternoon and evening classes. The classes varied from yoga to aerial silk training to boxing and cycling. These facilities included: Barre Motion Miami, Exhale Spa at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Equinox South Beach, the Galbut Family Miami Beach Jewish Community Center, Ninja Lounge, Orangetheory Fitness, South Beach Boxing, and Sobekick.

The networking and social media component of the Challenge gave participants the opportunity to support each other and their favorite locations by posting on Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #HWFitChallenge to the Chamber’s handle @MiamiBeachBiz.
