Every pet deserves a loving forever home, especially a home for every holiday. Miami-Dade Animal Services (Animal Services) is calling on our community to adopt, not shop for a family pet.
To help encourage and motivate pet lovers in their decisions to adopt and take home a permanent member of the family, Animal Services is waiving adoption fees on all cats and dogs over 4 months old* as part of the second annual Pets are Priceless promotion from December 1 through December 31. (*Adopters will only be responsible for the $27 license fee for dogs. Please note, discount does not apply to puppies under 4 months.)
Adopters can use the savings to get their new furry family member a fluffy new pet bed, get started on a pet health insurance plan or a pet-friendly sofa blanket!
Waived fee adoptions are available at the shelter located at 3599 NW 79 Avenue, Doral FL 33122, the Petco Adoption Center in Partnership with Miami-Dade Animal Services, 6200 S Dixie Hwy, South Miami, FL 33143, select PetSmart locations and at all Animal Services adoption events in the community during the month of December.
Pet adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, deworming, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip and FIV & FeLV testing for cats.
