Código 528: Yami y Jocy | Los personajes que construimos para sobrevivir
🧠 On this episode of Código 528, hosted by Yami and co-hosted by Jocy, we welcome our listeners into an honest conversation about the “characters” we build to survive, how those personalities form in childhood, and how learning to recognize them can set us free. Picking up from their earlier talk on the nervous system, the hosts return to the metaphor of the car and its driver to explore who is really steering our lives.
Desde la mayor inseguridad es de donde sale el personaje principal.
La libertad no es eliminar tus personajes, es que ninguno de ellos tenga que dirigir tu vida por sí solo.
🧠 In this episode, we discuss:
– How our survival characters form in childhood
– Confusing validation and approval with love
– Recognizing your main character and where it comes from
– Common archetypes: the strong one, the disconnected, the pleaser
– The emotional and physical cost of living from fear
– Freedom through self-evaluation and self-awareness
Don’t miss this heartfelt conversation and stay tuned for the next episode, where Yami and Jocy go deeper into discovering who you truly are beyond your characters.
