CITY OF MIAMI GARDENS RECEIVES POSITIVE 2021 TAXABLE VALUE ESTIMATE
Despite the challenges of a global pandemic, Miami Gardens is positively positioned for growth in 2021
On July 1, 2021 the Miami–Dade County Property Appraiser’s Office released the certified taxable value for the FY22 budget cycle. The City of Miami Gardens’ taxable value was certified at $5,723,170,495 or 7.1% over last year’s value. This increase further allows the City to maintain its current level of service without interruptions and also affords the opportunity to leverage the City’s resources to address the growing needs of its residents and business community.
