The 420-unit development for working families and young professionals in Miami Gardens
AHS Residential broke ground, in December 2020, on its upcoming AHS Oak Enclave residential community, a 420-unit property located in the City of Miami Gardens. The property is the tenth AHS residential project of its kind in South Florida and is expected to open to residents in the summer of 2022.
