Hello Miramar Family,
As a community, we have been through some challenging times over the past few months.
The COVID pandemic has caused us all to stop in our tracks and take stock of what really matters in our lives.
Thanks to you, our loyal residents and business owners, we are getting through this together, one day at a time.
Through your resilience and dedication, I am pleased that we are pulling through as One Miramar – each day we celebrate the multicultural diversity, drive and community spirit that bond us together.
Together, our pride, passion and energy propel us forward to build communities across a city we are proud to call home.
As part of One Miramar, we have created a web page at MiramarFL.gov/OneMiramar where you can make your suggestions and provide ideas on how to improve our community.
You will get regular updates on all the projects and infrastructure improvements taking place in Historic Miramar out east. You’ll learn about what has been completed, what’s in the works and what’s on the horizon.
For those who have been struggling to make ends meet, my team at the City has also been working hard to ensure that programs that provide mortgage and rental assistance are easily and readily available to you.
Remember we are One Miramar – we stand strong together with the continued determination to build a cohesive community built on mutual trust and respect.
