Miami-Dade County Commission Vice Chairwoman Audrey M. Edmonson hosted the 12th annual District 3 Toy Give Away on Dec. 15 at the Joseph Caleb Center. Santa Claus and many volunteer elves helped the Vice Chairwoman give Christmas toys to more than 700 District 3 children.
“It was a pleasure and a joy to have so many children spend a Saturday afternoon with Santa Claus and pick out a toy for Christmas,” Vice Chairwoman Edmonson said. “We thank our many, many sponsors for their good will and generosity. And we thank Santa for coming all the way from the North Pole to visit with the children!”
