There will be significant construction along SW 67th Avenue (Ludlam Road) from Kendall Drive (SW 88th Street) to SW 90th Street through Friday, Feb. 5.
Construction will occur during nighttime hours between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. and during the daytime between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Motorists should expect minor delays, some lane shifts and lane closures with detours.
It is expected that a northbound lane closure will occur approximately on Feb. 1 for a four-day period along SW 67th Avenue approximately 350 feet south of the Kendall Drive intersection. This northbound lane closure will require a traffic diversion/detour from northbound SW 67th Avenue to eastbound SW 92nd Street and then northbound on SW 63rd Court to the intersection of SW 63rd Court and Kendall Drive. No other lane closures or detours are anticipated.
The work involves utility/roadway construction related to a Miami-Dade Water Sewer residential permit. This is not a Pinecrest project. It is a private developer that has been required by the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department to install a sewer main.
