The Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club U13 challenged East Ridge residents to an intergenerational competition

Competition was in the air as residents at East Ridge at Cutler Bay pitted their skills against girls from the Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club U13, during a recent intergenerational challenge. East Ridge residents led in points during the two-hour competition in ping pong and Bocce ball but the girls turned the tables in the last few minutes of the afternoon with their skills atWii Bowling, beating the residents by only a few points.

Organized by Wellness Coordinator Suzana Delgado, the event was kicked off with performances by Zelda Glazer Middle andWinston Park Middle schools while official team cheerleaders fromWinston Park kept everyone’s enthusiasm high with their support and cheers.

Residents provided a wonderfully enthusiastic audience and supported their neighbors cheering them on but the girls’ competitive spirits were undeterred.
