Palmetto Bay resident and Panama City native Steve Cain filled a truck with supplies on Friday and headed home – delivering water, generators, chainsaws, gas cans and other essential items for his family, friends and anyone in need in the Panhandle.
Cain, an attorney with Stewart Tilghman Fox Bianchi & Cain, P.A. in Miami, has endured multiple storms in South Florida and knew immediately that he could quickly deliver supplies – while also making initial contact with his family and helping them triage their lives.
