Palmer Trinity School’s (PTS) eighth graders recently presented Village of Palmetto Bay Policing Unit officers Sergeant Fernandez, Officer Glasko, Officer Judge and Major Serralta, with more than 60 “Thank You” letters and a batch of SAGE Dining’s famous chocolate chip cookies as part of their Random Acts of Kindness activities.

The PTS eighth grade class wrote a letter of appreciation to each and every Palmetto Bay police officer. Students Patricio Diaz and Emilie Wiltz were chosen to represent the class.

The officers were extremely grateful, proclaiming they had never received such a gracious gift from the student community. The letters will be posted on the Palmetto Bay Police Station walls as a reminder of how grateful the school and its students are for our local officers.
