From the board room to the nightclub, Dimelo305 is a fully stacked media powerhouse known for its dynamism and engaging content

Dimelo305 is at the heart of Miami, working with clients in Spanish, English, and Haitian Creole, in the business sector and within the entertainment industry, strengthening these two fundamental aspects of the city through super creative social-media marketing, content creation, commercial/corporate photography and videography, event coverage, and advertising. At this crossing, Dimelo305 thrives, providing a clear voice to a wide array of organizations including community partners, governmental agencies, and nonprofits as well as corporate businesses.

The media production company is composed of videographers, photographers, producers, and directors, marking Dimelo305 as a fully stacked media powerhouse known for its dynamism, and engaging content. Speaking in the following interview are co-owners Ariel Pentzke and Hurston Sanchez.

Here, the two discuss the identity, growth, aim, and goals of Dimelo305 as a media production company offering services to corporations and community partners.

Q. How would you both describe Dimelo305 in an elevator speech?

Hurston: Dimelo305 is a full-service media production company. We film for all types of clients, and so if you’re in need of a revitalization of content for your business, we can definitely do that for you. For corporations, we produce and film for television, and know how to optimize content for a target audience. Additionally, we are also in the entertainment industry; we film at clubs, we do street interviews, and we have the 305 truck which gives a party ambiance to wherever it goes. We can be serious during the day, and more fun at night or reverse; We’re always focused on the client’s mission.

Ariel: Here’s my elevator speech – as you’ll see, mine is a shorter ride than Hurston’s! Dimelo305 is a media production company. What we do is create corporate videos to promote businesses. We are focused on growing companies through social media marketing utilizing our 20-plus years of experience, and mastery in the field.

Q. How did Dimelo305 find its start?

Hurston: A bit of background on us, Ariel comes from 20 years in TV production, and I was in grad school working on a show on social justice when we launched “Dimelo305.” We sat down together to see how we could combine production with our current ambitions in creating a strong social-media presence, brand, influencing page, and providing marketing services to clients.

Next, we did a social media audit of successful Miami based accounts to check out what made them pop. We found that a lot of the content being produced out there was derivative or shared, meaning not original. We took this finding as a challenge to produce completely original content utilizing our experience in production, our knowledge of what grabs peoples’ attention, and our understanding of Miami culture; our main objective was and is to promote the city, its population, its culture, and its companies.

Q. Do you dedicate time to work with any community organizations?

Ariel: Yes, in fact we are involved with nonprofits, and actually do a lot of work with nonprofits, too. We work with GiGi’s Playhouse, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with Down syndrome, Silent Victims of Crime that works with children that have incarcerated parents; and we work with several autism-dedicated nonprofits; and events like the fire department’s autism bike ride.

Q. What do your clients say about working with Dimelo305?

Ariel: Our work is quality-driven and community driven, so when we talk to a client about their social-media campaign, we plan in the boardroom – but when it comes to executing that plan, we certainly don’t want to keep our campaign stuck inside when we’re in such a beautiful city. Social media is supposed to be entertaining so we take our clients and their projects outside to South Beach.

To create the content, we bring our own production crew, we create a script, storyboards, and everything that is involved to make sure it’s a hassle-free and professional process for the client. Our background in production informs our process. We like to get a thorough picture of the company, a feel for the company culture and atmosphere, and the products it offers.

Hurston: When a client works with Dimelo305, we meticulously go step-by-step in generating a seamless campaign with no interruptions. Empty spots in a process and question marks create stress for clients, and we want them to feel absolutely confident in our ability to provide them the service they requested. When it comes to our employees, they come to us with extensive training in their craft and we take that training and improve upon it further – giving them the tools to succeed in every project that comes our way. We work on projects with a clear goal which we achieve with a detailed plan, process, and professional staff.
