Children’s Home Society of Florida appoints new Regional Executive Director

Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS), the state’s largest provider of services to children and families, has named Islem Pardinas as its new Regional Executive Director in Miami.

Pardinas will provide leadership, direction and supervision in the Miami-Dade area. She will be leading operations and business development with a focus on CHS’ core solutions in behavioral health, child welfare, early childhood services and Community Partnership Schools.

Pardinas brings more than 25 years of experience in child welfare, including prevention services, and social services to CHS. Most recently, she served as program director and principal investigator at Citrus Family Care Network.

Pardinas holds a Master of Social Work from Florida International University.
