Empowering Wellness: The 2nd Annual Health Channel Women’s Health Fair by South Florida PBS

WHAT: The South Florida PBS Health Channel is excited to announce the return of its Women’s Health Fair for the second year, a day dedicated to empowering women in Palm Beach County to take control of their health and well-being.

This fun, FREE, educational event is open to all women in the South Florida area. Connect with local health resources through informative workshops, interactive exhibits, and expert speakers covering a wide range of topics, from nutrition and fitness to mental health and self-care. Highlights include:

  • On-site Mammograms: Book your appointment with the Baptist Health | Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health and Wellness Institute – MammoVan.
  • Kids Yoga & Activities: Bring your little ones for a day filled with fun and wellness including a special visit from Clifford the Big Red Dog and Miss Penny from KidVision Pre-K.
  • Health Screenings: Free cholesterol and diabetes screenings.
  • Engagement & Learning: Enjoy door prizes, raffles, and inspiring seminars.

The first 100 women to RSVP and attend will receive a special Health Channel tote bag. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably for yoga and other physical activities.
