With ease, convenience and preeminent standards of customer service at the forefront of their business philosophy, luxury auto body establishment European Collision Center is prioritizing catering to the needs of its customers. Mobile estimates and towing are among the services recently implemented by the company to facilitate an experience that is as smooth as it is streamlined.

“We believe the best way to stay ahead in a competitive industry is to provide the customer with white glove service,” says Vick Ramjit, Chief Operations Officer of European Collision Center. “In addition to recovery towing for situations like accidents, mechanical failures and even flats, we now offer mobile estimating, as well as pick-up and delivery of vehicles directly from an owner’s home or office. It’s a very convenient and efficient way to do business, both for the customer and for us.”

According to Ramjit, it is critical to provide a seamless experience across multiple channels, with a particular emphasis on quality mobile experience. The process begins with a mobile customer request for an estimate to repair damage or customize their vehicle. Within 24 hours and often on the same day, European Collision Center will send an estimator to the vehicle location, conduct an inspection and furnish a preliminary estimate on the spot.

Once approved, the vehicle is towed and, if requested, a rental car is delivered to the customer.

“Even though getting into an accident isn’t a pleasant experience, we’re trying to make the repair process a good one,” Ramjit says. “Once the vehicle is picked up and the repairs are made, we deliver the vehicle directly to the customer’s driveway. What could be easier?”

With more than 35 years in the niche luxury industry, the vision at European Collision Center has always been to deliver a standard of auto body work that builds customers’ trust in the process.

“Today, we’re proud to be one of very few shops certified to work on the finest luxury lines including McLaren, Aston Martin, Maserati, Jaguar, Tesla, Range Rover, Porsche, Rivian and Infiniti,” says Ramjit.

“What sets us apart is our focus on attention to detail when handling the powerful engines, performance engineering and cutting-edge technology of this caliber of vehicle,” he says.

“Why? We are proud of the immense trust placed in us to deliver outstanding quality every single time. Having onsite estimators ready to provide mobile estimates seven days a week, and offering towing as a source of peace of mind, whether roadside or doorstep, is further proof of our dedication to the needs of the discerning customer.”
