Spend Valentine’s Day at Pinecrest Gardens in the gentle glow of candlelight. Enjoy music from Romeo and Juliet, Titanic & more in our lush botanical setting.

Sound Sessions in the Garden: The Purple Project | Saturday, February 22, 8:30 P.M.
Join us for the launch of Pinecrest Gardens Sound Sessions, an intimate, genre-defying new concert series. Kicking off the series, The Purple Project reimagines Prince’s legendary hits with a funky jazz fusion twist, featuring Latin Grammy-nominated pianist Martin Bejerano and renowned vocalist Nicole Yarling.

YOUTH AND FAMILY PROGRAMS:

Little Lizards: Flowers | Wednesday, February 5 and 19, 2 P.M. 
Discover the diverse native flowers that thrive in our local landscapes, from roadside blossoms to hidden garden treasures. Learn how these blooms shape our environment and brighten our world.

Family Concert: Fiddling Around | Sunday, February 16, 3 P.M.
Orchestra Miami presents two new works by Bruce Adolphe which use the violin to tell the story, including The King the Cat and the Fiddle, the comical, fantastical story by Yehudi Menuhin and Christopher Hope with music by Bruce Adolphe. Also on the program is Farmony, a fun story where children in the audience participate as an integral part of the story.

Family Concert: Marches & Movies & Musicals…Oh My! | Sunday, February 23, 4 P.M.
Join the Greater Miami Symphonic Band as they present a number of popular marches and pieces from well-known movies and musicals.

COMMUNITY SHOWS:

Wertheim School of Music: Broadway in Love | Wednesday, February 12, 7 P.M.
Prepare to be swept away by a musical celebration of Broadway’s most touching and captivating love songs, performed by the talented students of the Wertheim School of Music. Under the expert direction of Dr. Vindhya Khare, this enchanting evening promises to take you to the heart of Broadway, showcasing timeless classics that have defined musical theater.

Best of Broadway: MAC Through the Years | Thursday, February 20 & Friday, February 21, 8 P.M.

Join Miami Acting Company’s talented performers presenting excerpts from your favorite musicals. Best of Broadway: MAC Through the Years is a celebration of all the musicals the company has produced over the last 20 years. Enjoy as they showcase your favorite songs from some of Broadway’s most beloved musicals!
