PINECREST KIDS’ MARKETPLACE aims to give aspiring young entrepreneurs real experience and dollars. Our community’s children (ages 8-16) will build a real business from A-Z using the latest virtual reality tools. Your kids will learn timeless business principles while having fun.
Powered by Slingshot, and organized in collaboration with Christ the King Lutheran Church and Houses of Love, PINECREST KID’S MARKETPLACE will take place on Saturday, March 5th at 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Christ the King Lutheran Church located on 11295 SW 57th Ave, Miami, FL 33156 (across from Pinecrest Gardens).

Young entrepreneurs plan their business through virtual interactive play. Their idea becomes a product or service; they calculate its cost, establish a sales price, and use marketing tools to grow their business. It blends real world products with VR tools.
This culminates to the Marketplace, a one-day sales event where participants develop social skills, earn their own money and have lots of fun. Proceeds go to Christ The King Lutheran Church and its ministries — teaching the value of contributing to a bigger cause.
