From the mound, Milwaukee Brewers left-handed pitcher Ian Exposito had the confidence and skills to strike out a batter and to pick off a runner on base. These days, Exposito still has the confidence, bolstered by new skills he’s acquired as a luxury real estate agent with Elmes Group at Compass.
“I’ve always been detail-oriented and dedicated to the task at hand, whether it was perfecting my pitching technique or running my family’s business,” explains Exposito. “I bring the same work ethic and creativity to my career as a realtor, constantly seeking new and innovative ideas to help clients achieve their real estate goals.”
Raised in Pinecrest and a graduate of Palmetto Senior High School and St. Thomas University, Exposito was signed by the Milwaukee Brewers to play Minor League Baseball in 2019, which was interrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. He is a longtime coach and mentor to young baseball players at Howard Palmetto Baseball Association and enjoys working with youngsters of all ages, from beginning to advanced athletes.
“Helping people has always been my life’s goal, whether on the baseball diamond or in business,” he says. “My father gave me invaluable guidance and inspiration as I was growing up. When he passed away, I took over the family business and made sure the customer always came first, as he taught me. In my new real estate career, the same philosophy applies.”
Exposito enjoys the limitless potential of the real estate industry, the ability to set one’s schedule and the opportunity to give back to the community through coaching and mentoring young people.
“I want to have a positive impact on other people’s lives,” he says. “I’m here to serve.”
Ian Exposito can be reached on his cellular at 305-343-3752. For information about Elmes Group at Compass, visit www.compass.com/agents/elmes-group/.
