Berkowitz Development Group Inc. has announced the signing of a new long-term lease with PetSmart for 14,252 square feet at Dadeland Station, a 330,000 leasable square foot retail shopping center located at 8312 S. Dixie Hwy. in Kendall.
The new PetSmart store, which will include an on-site, full-service Banfield Pet Hospital, is slated to open during the fourth quarter of 2014.
This location for PetSmart serves as a strategic entry into the area spanning from Coral Gables to Pinecrest, which boasts tremendous demographics surrounding the pioneering vertical shopping center.
