Candidates for the RICP must complete a minimum of three college level courses and are required to pass a series of two-hour proctored exams. They must also have three years of experience, meet stringent ethics requirements, and participate in The College’s continuing education program.

Lyons has a long standing history in the Miami area dating back to his service in the United States Air Force at Homestead AFB, 1975-1980, and graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 1979.
