The Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club kicked off its season late last month at Evelyn Greer Park.
Families enjoyed refreshments, activities, a special appearance by the Fort Lauderdale Strikers soccer team and an afternoon filled with soccer games.
“Opening day was a great way to start the fall season,” said Renato Salazar, president of Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club and senior vice president at TotalBank. “The event brought together families and sponsors like us for a day of fun and soccer.”
More than 1,375 children are enrolled in the Pinecrest Premier Soccer program. The program is designed for children 4-10 years old is the developmental arm of PPSC. It was created for children to have fun while learning good sportsmanship and acquire knowledge of the game.
