Chuck and Patti Galea (left) celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with lifelong friends Linda and Rob Riccobono at the Grand Hotel in Mackinac Island, Michigan. The hotel opened in 1887 and boasts the longest front porch in the world – 660 feet. Visiting the island is like stepping back in time particularly since cars are banned. Transportation is limited to walking, horse-drawn carriage is and bicycling.
