Sartori Amici opened its first location over 26 years ago, now the highly anticipated second location is open at the Falls. Sartori Amici, known for its custom men’s clothing and high quality Italian suits, has now ventured into the world of design with a new line, Sartori Amici Life. The new location at The Falls will offer the same amazing craftsmanship, pricing, and customer service clients have come to appreciate from the father-son duo including the promise of free alterations for life with all purchases.
Charlie Garcia, a veteran of the Miami men’s retail industry, founded Sartori Amici. Now his son Sebastian Garcia, will take the helm of his first solo venture with the launch of his own designer brand Sartori Amici Life. The line is sophisticated and incorporates classic prints with modern cuts using lightweight materials perfect for the Miami heat. Sartori Amici is already synonymous with high fashion and unparalleled customer service. Now, under the leadership of Sebastian, the new brand has the potential to become a household name.
“Sartori Life is a lifestyle brand. I want men to exude confidence when they wear an impeccable garment that is as unique as they are,” said Sebastian Garcia, Co-owner and Creative Director. “And this line will combine Miami’s vibrancy with the Italian-style craftsmanship customers have come to expect of us,” he added.
Sartori Amici has grown in recent years thanks to Sebastian’s vision, second to none personal service, and his father’s extensive industry knowledge. With unique services such as, My Groom’s Room and The Lapel Project, Sartori Amici has gained national recognition. Noteworthy mentions include being asked to create an original design for actor William Levy, and Presidential Candidate Marco Rubio who recently dawned a The Lapel Project® original. Both of these are extremely innovative products that are revolutionizing the menswear and wedding industries.
The Falls location is now open for business at 8888 SW 136th St. (located near the Bloomingdales department store). Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am-9pm and Sunday from 12pm-7pm. Founded in 1994, Suited for Success (SFS) was started to help welfare recipients enter the workforce by providing them with appropriate clothing for interviews and jobs. The organization expanded to serve youth (since 1998) and men (since 1999). Experience quickly showed that business clothing is essential, but not sufficient to get and keep a job, so SFS created tailored workshops on job interview readiness, professional image, communication skills, and business etiquette. By enhancing clients’ confidence with real-world skills, SFS increases the value of each donated suit more than a hundredfold. SFS works hand in hand with over 125 agencies that refer clients, and serves over 1,300 individuals in Miami-Dade County each year.
