St. Louis Catholic Church is excited to announce its upcoming charity event, the 42nd Annual St. Louis Community Festival, scheduled to take place on parish grounds located at 7270 SW 120th St in Pinecrest, FL this weekend – Friday, February 21 – Sunday, February 23, 2025. This unique event aims to raise funds for local charities and bring the community together for three days of generosity, fun, and meaningful impact.
The festival will feature a full carnival with rides for all ages, a Spring Bazaar with more than 40 local vendors showcasing handmade crafts, jewelry, and artwork, a Silent Auction of priceless items donated by generous members and businesses in the community, a Domino tournament, a Pickleball tournament, and plenty of games and carnival favorites, along with a variety of international food and beverages. It seeks to unite everyone from the local community with our parishioners for a meaningful experience while supporting multiple worthy local causes.
As is a tradition, 100% of the Festival’s profits go to local charitable organizations like Patches PPEC, Sofia’s Hope, LA6 Foundation, St. Anne’s Mission, Drug Addict’s Anonymous, and many more underserved communities and community members in South Florida. As Lauren Sondon, a St. Louis parishioner and Chair of the Festival, states, “Each year is a little different. We receive requests and evaluate how we can best utilize the proceeds to benefit as many people in need as possible. The St. Louis community recognizes its blessings and strives to be a beacon of hope for our South Florida community.”
