Part 2 of our special tribute to Pinecrest Gardens’ Sponsors for the 2021-2022 Season
Cultural arts can be costly, and few cultural venues exist on ticket sales alone. Sponsors step up and help because culture matters! When our sponsors support The Gardens, they make an investment in our community. We rely on sponsors to offer high quality programming year after year, bring new experiences to our audiences, create quality arts education programs, and help to seed The Gardens as a venue for many free community events and programs that benefit our local residents, as well as underserved populations in the greater community of South Florida.
With that in mind we graciously tip our hat to the generous corporate sponsors who have recognized the cultural value that Pinecrest Gardens brings to the community we serve. God bless you all!
Nicklaus Children’s Hospital:
Founded in 1950 by Variety Clubs International, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital is South Florida’s only licensed specialty hospital exclusively for children, with nearly 800 attending physicians and more than 475 pediatric subspecialists. The 309-bed hospital, known as Miami Children’s Hospital from 1983 through 2014, is renowned for excellence in all aspects of pediatric medicine with many specialty programs routinely ranked among the best in the nation. The hospital is also home to the largest pediatric teaching program in the southeastern United States and has been designated an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet facility, the nursing profession’s most prestigious institutional honor.
Nicklaus Children’s Hospital has helped Pinecrest Gardens bring wonderful art exhibits to Pinecrest Gardens including the Troll exhibit and the Big Bunny Invasion this coming year.
“At Nicklaus Children’s, we are committed to building a brighter world for children,” said Matthew A. Love, president and CEO of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. “We are delighted to sponsor the Bunnies and Blooms Monumental Art Exhibit at Pinecrest Gardens.
This whimsical event is sure to capture the imaginations of the children and families of our community.”
