Sips & Shorts: City Reads | Thursday, April 10, 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Sip cocktails in the garden while enjoying four fast and funny 10-minute plays performed by professional actors, with live music by world-pop duo Hola Hi. Stay after the show for a Q&A with City Theatre’s Artistic Director Margaret M. Ledford. This art encounter is sponsored by Pita, Weber, Del Prado Law Firm.

Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band | Friday, April 11, 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Experience the explosive sound of big band jazz with Grammy-winning composer Gordon Goodwin and his 18-piece ensemble. Featuring jazz, blues, Latin, and movie score influences, this high-energy performance will captivate music lovers of all kinds.

Pinecrest City Music Project ArtsFest | Saturday, April 12, 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Support young musicians at this annual celebration of the arts, showcasing talented students and their passion for music education.

Earth Month Edition, Pinecrest Farmers’ Market | Sunday, April 13, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Celebrate Earth Month by discovering Pinecrest’s innovative sustainability initiatives and how you can participate. Learn about the Village’s free composting program and how composting helps restore soils in the Everglades. Plus, purchase stunning flowers harvested directly from the Floating Flower Islands project and hear about this unique environmental effort firsthand.

Composting Workshop 101 | Saturday, April 19, 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Learn more about how to compost in your own home gardens. Those who already composting are welcome to attend as well to get some of your burning questions answered by Dr. Lanette Sobel, of Fertile Earth Worm Farm, which manages Pinecrest’s free residential composting program.

Greater Miami Youth Symphony | Saturday, April 19, 3 p.m.
Enjoy a special performance by the talented young musicians of the Greater Miami Youth Symphony.

Hartvest Collectibles Design Market | Sunday, April 27, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Shop one-of-a-kind art, design, and artisan goods in this curated marketplace by Harvest Project, set amidst the beauty of Pinecrest Gardens.

YOUTH PROGRAMs:

Parents’ Night Out | Friday, April 25, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Drop off your junior scientist (ages 4-9) for an evening of science and nature exploration while you enjoy a night out. Kids will meet nocturnal animals, take a flashlight walk, explore bioluminescence, and create night-inspired artwork!

CAMPS:

S.T.E.A.M. Summer Camp with Discovery Lab | Weekly Sessions from June 9 – August 1
Young scientists will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (S.T.E.A.M.) through hands-on experiments and interactive projects. Each session covers themes like chemistry, energy, mechanical engineering, and life sciences in a fun and engaging environment.

Toddler Camp with Pinecrest Dance Project | Weekly Sessions from June 9 – August 8
Little campers (ages 2-4, potty trained) will enjoy a summer of creativity and movement with activities like painting, dance, music, yoga, gymnastics, splash play, and crafts. Each day is designed to be safe, engaging, and full of fun for early learners.
