A groundbreaking ceremony for Biltmore Parc in Coral Gables was held by MG Developers’ Alirio Torrealba on October 21 in celebration of the development’s sales success. The five-story, 32 unit condominium project currently under construction on Valencia Avenue in Coral Gables will be constructed and designed by T.A. Builders and Bellin & Pratt Architects, with interior designs by Avazanto Design. Units are priced from $950 thousand to $1.65 million, with space ranging from 1,745 sq. feet, with two bedrooms and bathrooms; to 2,545 sq. feet, with three bedrooms, a den and three and a half bathrooms.
