Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez proudly invites residents, elected officials, and members of the media to the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly inaugurated Florida City Tax Collector’s Office—a milestone marking the fifth branch opened under his leadership.
“This ribbon-cutting is more than a celebration—it’s a symbol of our commitment to building a government that truly works for the people,” said Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez. “Residents in Florida City and the broader South Dade community now have easier access to the services they need, right in their own backyard. This is what accessible, efficient public service looks like.”
The newly modernized office now offers full-service support to residents of Florida City, Homestead, and surrounding areas. With enhanced staffing and upgraded infrastructure, the location is designed to deliver a faster, more streamlined customer experience.
