The go-to spot for craveable cuisine has announced a special dessert partnership with award-winning chocolate boutique Garcia Nevett for a one-night-only celebration on Saturday, February 14th.
The collaboration highlights the unique spirit of South Miami, blending high-end culinary talent with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. For Kitchen 57 Chef/Owner Michael Altman, the holiday is about more than just a meal; it’s about the connection people find across the table.
“Our goal has always been to create a space where people gather — not just for the food, but for the feeling,” says Altman. “Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to showcase the love we put into our savory dishes, topped off with a sweet collaboration from our neighbors at Garcia Nevett.”
Altman and his team have designed a menu that balances sophisticated specials with the restaurant’s signature approachable style. Guests can choose from standout dishes including:
- Shrimp Aguachile: Butterfly shrimp, serrano chili, avocado, lime, and cilantro.
- Surf & Turf: Petit filet paired with a creamy lobster risotto.
- 14oz Prime Ribeye: Served with truffle mashed potatoes, jumbo asparagus, and a mushroom rosemary sauce.
The grand finale of the evening features Garcia Nevett’s signature chocolate cake, crafted with world-class Venezuelan chocolate. For Isabel Garcia Nevett, the opportunity to work with Altman was a perfect match for their shared love of the area.
