The Southeastern Conference men’s basketball coaches have named Florida’s Colin Castleton to their preseason All-SEC first team.
The media voters also honored Castleton as a preseason first-team all-league player in October. Castleton, named to the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Award Watch List this week, averaged 16.2 points and 9.0 rebounds last season and scored 17.9 points per game in SEC play.
The Gators tip off their season against Stony Brook at 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 7.
