The main event for the 8th Annual Sunny Isles Beach Jazz Fest will take place from 7-10 pm on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Heritage Park (19200 Collins Avenue).
Musical artists will bring the soul of this music genre to life as they explore the theme, A Moment In Time.
To promote this year’s 8th Annual SIB Jazz Fest, the City will produce the annual poster from original artwork which illustrates the ideals of the jazz fest. This poster contest is open to all artists working in watercolor, acrylics or oil paints. Please submit the original painting, sized according to specifications in the rules and regulations, between September 1 and October 1 to Jazz Fest Poster Contest at the Visitor Center located at the Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. The winner, chosen by a panel of judges, will receive a $500 cash prize, be recognized during the Saturday night main event and posters of the artwork will be sold that evening to benefit Joshua’s Heart Foundation.

The main event of the SIB Jazz Fest will feature four ladies with great voices and eclectic repertoires. Jazz aficionados will be thrilled to see Maryel Epps, Shenita Hunt, Lisanne Lyons and Carole Ann Taylor together at this event. On-line ticket sales for the Saturday, November 21 show will begin July 1. $15 for general admission ($10 with SIB Resident ID Card) and $50 for the VIP area which includes beverages, food and seating.
