This waiver must be signed by their parent or guardian and also notarized to comply with the city’s legal requirements.

Skate Park hours of operation remain as follows: Monday through Friday from 4:00 -7:00 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 – 7:00 pm. On days off school, during the school year, the park is open 1:00 – 7:00 pm. Holiday closures include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day and Easter. The City also reserves the right to close the park due to weather conditions or for special events.

Helmets are required, other padding is optional. A Code of Conduct is in effect for the facility. Attendants will enforce the rules and monitor the behavior of all participants as stipulated in the signed waiver. Safety is priority one.

Fees for use on Monday to Friday are set at $3 for Residents and $5 for Non- Residents; concession includes equipment available for rent such as, boards, pads and helmets. Saturday and Sunday rates are $5 for Residents and $7 for Non- Residents. Beverages and snacks are also sold at the concession. In the future, monthly or annual rates may be offered.
