6A. Request of Jade Signature for the Property Located at 16875 & 16901 Collins Avenue, for the Following: (Hearing #Z2014-04)

The Applicant is requesting Site Plan Modification of the approved Site Plan to decrease the number of residential units and the Floor Area Ratio and a modification of the approved front and side (South) setbacks. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a Site Plan Modification of an approved Site Plan pursuant to Resolution 13-Z-136 adopted on January 8, 2013. The modified Site Plan reduces the number of residential units from 223 to 192 units and the overall Floor Area Ratio from 647,736 square feet to 645,597 square feet.
