A lifelong resident of Miami-Dade County, Mark Blumstein is a candidate for a seat on the Miami-Dade County Circuit Court. He attended Everglades Elementary before moving with his family to Miami Beach where he attended North Beach Elementary, Nautilus Middle, and Miami Beach Senior High. He earned his B.S. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University.
A Navy Judge Advocate and attorney, Blumstein has experience in many areas of law including admiralty, civil, criminal, family, international, and probate law pertaining to matters pending before state and federal courts throughout Florida and beyond. He has practiced law for close to 20 years, serving as an Officer in the U.S. Navy and representing and serving the United States, the State of Florida, Miami-Dade County, and several corporations and individuals.
He also served as an elected official and Commissioner for the Town of Surfside where he resides with his family. Mark continues to serve the people of Miami-Dade County, including on its Military Affairs Board, which has initiated the pursuit of a Veterans Court.
