South Florida Motorsports (SFM), the organizers of the FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX, has announced the 15 local community restaurants set to bring a taste of South Florida to this year’s race, taking place from May 2-4 at the Miami International Autodrome, located around Hard Rock Stadium.

Now in its fourth year, the Community Restaurant Program continues to highlight Miami’s vibrant food culture while providing significant economic opportunities to locally owned businesses. With 67 percent of this year’s selected vendors being female-owned/co-owned and 40 percent based in Miami Gardens, the initiative underscores its dedication to inclusivity and the local community.

Hailing from the Greater Miami region, including Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, the community restaurants will bring their unique flavors to race attendees from around the world. Many returning vendors have credited the FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX as one of their most successful weekends of the year in generating both significant exposure and revenue. The Community Restaurant Program is more than just an opportunity for fans to enjoy authentic food; it’s a demonstration of the strong partnership between race organizers and the local community.

By offering these vendors a presence at a high-profile global event, the program ensures that Miami Gardens and its surrounding areas benefit directly from the economic opportunities presented by Formula 1.

“We want the community to be seen and represented at our race,” said Tyler Epp, President, FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX. “It’s an incredibly busy weekend and it’s important that local businesses are able to capitalize on that. Community means coming to the race, but it also means benefitting from the race. The sales these vendors make go directly into supporting local families and that’s something we take great pride in. We’re excited that so many local restaurant owners are returning this year, along with new attendees.”

The selection process begins with the Community Restaurant Summit, an annual event held in December where local business owners have the opportunity to network and learn how to become involved in the race weekend. This year, six new vendors will make their debut, joining returning favorites that have been part of the program since its inception in 2022.

Among the returning vendors, La Vela Coffee Roasters will once again provide racegoers with expertly crafted coffee. With three generations of family experience in coffee roasting in South America, La Vela Coffee has become a staple at the FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX, offering high-quality iced and hot coffee options.

Known for its Jamaican vegan cuisine, Reggae Beets, also returns. Established in 2017, Reggae Beets serves up a mix of plant-based and traditional jerk chicken dishes, complemented by natural smoothies and tropical lemonades. Another fan favorite, Soulfly Chicken, brings its Southern comfort food back to the track. Chef Troy Tingling, a first-generation Jamaican-American, founded the business after years of working as a private chef.

Food Junkies on Wheels is another returning vendor, blending Bahamian flavors with classic comfort food. Founded by Michelle Roux in 2012, the food truck specializes in dishes that appeal to all tastes. Drinks on Me 305, run by Chazemon Fenderson, will make its third appearance at the FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX and will be located in the MIA Marina.

New additions for 2025 include GNS Seafood and Wrap City Global Eats, both located on the West Campus. Bonanzas (aka Elegant Eatz) brings hibachi flavors to the mix.

At the Beach, racegoers can enjoy award-winning barbecue from Troy’s BBQ and Lickie Stickie BBQ, savor Haitian cuisine from Fin’s Kitchen or indulge in Cajun food from House of Flava. The latter is a Miami Gardens favorite known for its smash burgers.

The race weekend will also feature Miami Slush, which is returning for the first time since 2022, offering refreshing and uniquely flavored slush beverages. Italian Vice will be on-campus for its third consecutive year and provides an excellent way to cool down with its vegan-friendly, real-fruit Italian ice. New for 2025, Miami-Dade-based Garden of Soulfood is also sure to be a hit with attendees.

With less than 60 days before the action begins at the Miami International Autodrome, fans can look forward to not only world-class racing but also a delicious culinary experience that captures the heart and soul of Miami’s rich food culture. The Community Restaurant Program continues to strengthen ties between the FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX and the Greater Miami community, generating nearly $450,000 in economic impact over the past three years.
