On April 26, from 6-8 pm, Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale hosted an event to unveil its new state-of-the-art sales gallery located at 505 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., CU #7Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.
With more than 100 guests in attendance, the grand opening event had live music entertainment, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails.
The event was held for Douglas Elliman agents and media to have a first look at the new sales gallery and scale model of the development. At 7 pm, Jay Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Florida Brokerage, and Dan Teixeira, Sales Director, (the sales team for the development) gave speech about the development and the Four Seasons brand.
The 3,000 plus-square-foot sales gallery will provide buyers and brokers the unique opportunity of learning how to purchase into the first Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale. In addition to the sales gallery, the developer created a Design Lab on the 25th floor where the design team and developer test out different finishes to allow buyers and prospects to visualize different design concepts for their future residences. The Design Lab also allows them to experience the stunning oceanfront view.
Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, developed by Fort Partners, features 90 residences, including furnished and fully appointed as well as unfurnished options. It is slated to break ground later this year.
