Adam Schucher has more than 16 years of experience in the trusts and estates arena, practicing his craft at large national law firms and in small boutique practices, counseling a wide variety of clients. His areas of practice include Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Trust Administration, Wealth Protection/Preservation, Probate and Trust Litigation, Tax Controversy and more. He is currently serving as President of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami and is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Schucher is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College Of Law where he obtained his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation.
