When Darlys Walker, CEO of Atlantabased Condominium Concepts Management, Inc., (CCM) recognized tremendous opportunities for expansion in the Miami/Beaches market, she focused on finding a leader that would bring considerable insight and market knowledge to CCM’s presence in South Florida. The alliance with Lee Hodges, a long-time South Florida resident, with strong ties to the Sunny Isles Beach condominium development community, more than met her criteria.

“Lee’s background is a perfect fit for our company. He was active in Sunny Isles Beach working with The Related Group of Florida and the condominium associations of Oceans One and Two, in addition to completing the construction of Ocean Three and negotiating with the condominium association,” she explained.

In speaking with Hodges, he explained that his passion for the industry and the environment is long-term. “Prior to getting into condominium development, I was an environmental consultant for the Sampson Oceanfront Park, as well as numerous condominium developments built along Sunny Isles Beach,” he noted. Lee is proud of having led the development of the Sunny Isles Beach Town Center Park and protection of the adjacent wetlands while he built Ocean Four Condominium.

Other major residential development projects Hodges has worked on include La Perla, Trump Towers, Sayan, Sands Pointe, Millennium, Pinnacle, St. Tropez, Trump International and Trump Royale, to name a few.

Hodges added that he was also a guest speaker for the Association of South Florida Building Officials at the invitation of the Sunny Isles Beach Building Department.

According to Ms. Walker, Hodge’s extensive experience with construction, construction defects, renovations, capital improvements, and preventive maintenance programs, is a perfect fit for our business model. “Lee’s exceptional skill set allows for the successful negotiation between developers, sales and marketing, Associations/homeowners and contractors, ensuring that each party meets their fiduciary responsibility.”

Joining Hodges at Condominium Concepts South Florida will be Adrianne Hartman, heading up new business development. Ms. Hartman has over 10 years experience working with Associations/homeowners of luxury residential projects throughout the South Florida region.

“Our industry has changed significantly in the past couple of years; management companies have had to evolve to address the ever changing needs of community associations, with the primary goal of safeguarding their physical and financial stability,” Ms. Walker pointed out. “We have also expanded our services to encompass not only residential, but retail and commercial properties, as well.”
