Dana Goldman put up Anita Funtek as a spoiler in the mayor election to create a runoff with Larisa Svechin. Goldman used Jerry Joseph in the same way. Goldman is slimy politician.
Funtek is a Broward resident.
In 2022 Anita Funtek (1) signed a sworn notarized City document stating that she lived in SIB for 12 continuous months which she submitted to the city clerk, (2) applied for a voter’s registration card in Broward County declaring a Hollywood, FL address as her primary residence and (3) declared homestead exemption for the Hollywood, FL residence. These actions cannot be true at the same time in the same year.
She can no longer use the excuse that the city clerk approved her application because she allegedly provided him with a false statement. The proof is in the documents. This is a woman who sells real estate in our city. Why would she put her credibility in jeopardy? And why would her husband allow it? Why would either of them continue down this path? It’s not going to end well.
