More than 210 children from SIB K- 8 Community School enrolled in the City’s After School Program attended the Dr. Seuss themed Carnival on the Fred Maas Baseball Field at Pelican Community Park. There were rides, games, entertainment all with a Dr. Seuss flair minus the Green Eggs With Ham. The After School Counselors did an outstanding job coordinating this event. The Committee: Pharin Walker (Chair), Naomi Pierre-Toussaint, Jakari Williams, Melvin Packeel, Antonio Figueroa, Brooke Evans, Tara Bazile, supervised by Roy Ortiz.
