Trump International Beach Resort Miami invites humans and their furry companions to leave the dog days of summer behind and enjoy a paw-riffic vacation in Sunny Isles this fall. The resort is rolling out the red carpet for families and their pups this October with a special Barktober lineup of events and offerings.
Pet parents can enjoy deluxe accommodations in one of several spacious rooms or suites. Share the paw-fect Insta moment with friends and family back home with new dog friendly, Florida-inspired “selfie walk” stations. Dogs can enjoy all the comforts of home with amenities that include everything from cozy beds to food mats, bowls and waste bags (available upon request).
Especially for Barktober, the resort has also introduced a new in-room Doggie Delights menu with items like Chow Hound (salmon and rice), Bow Wow Burger (all-beef burgers with carrot stick fries), Puppacino (warm milk topped with sugar-free whipped cream) and milkbone dog biscuits.
Humans and their pooches are invited to mingle at the Guest Hospitality Lounge for “Yappy Hours,” Saturdays and Sundays from 5 to 6 p.m., with complimentary iced teas, as well complimentary doggie treats and toys for the furry ones. Families looking to pamper their pooch with new dog merch can obtain 15 percent off at the Cabana shop throughout the month of October.
“We know pets are part of many families and realize how difficult it is to leave them behind when traveling,” said Danny Williams, Trump International Beach Resort’s managing director. “We want to make it easy for families to enjoy their vacations while keeping their fur babies happy, safe and entertained.”
Trump International Beach Resort supports several pet-rescue organizations. A portion of the proceeds for overnight stays with pets during the month of October will go to the Humane Society of Greater Miami.
Bark-N-Brunch: Dine, Drink & Do Good
Save the date! Everyone is invited to a special Sunday Brunch and Dog Adoption event on the terrace at Azzurro Italian Restaurant & Bar on October 2nd from 12 to 3 p.m., benefiting the Humane Society of Greater Miami. The event is open to the public and will include live music and a delicious brunch with bottomless mimosas. Come with your dog or give a rescue dog a loving home.
